Our project is located in the famous Levent 5 neighborhood within the Eyup Sultan district, one of the oldest and most important areas on the shores of the Golden Horn Bay near the city center of the two continents, Istanbul. The project area is distinguished by its high investment importance in the European side of Istanbul, and the project is adjacent to many high-end residential and commercial projects. The project is close to the means of transportation that connects it to all areas in the European and Asian parts of the city, the most important of which is the E80 road, the Mahmoud Bey metro line – Mecidiyekoy, the Bosphorus Bridge and the Sultan Mehmet Al-Fatih Bridge, which connect the two parts of the city.
